We are grateful that you choose to bring Topper's home to your table. With a registered account for our improved Reward's program (Craver's Rewards), you'll collect points whenever you make a purchase through our App, Website, Customer Care Centre or in our Pizzerias.
Your Craver's Rewards account is connected to your email address and phone number, linking all of your purchases and point balances together. When you place your order, you will be rewarded with 1 point for every dollar spent, until your point balance reaches eligibility for a reward. As your point balance increases, so will your available rewards. can now view a menu of available rewards and choose to add them to your order.

On the Topper's Pizza AppWhen you download and sign up on the Topper's Pizza App, your Craver's Rewards account is automatically created. When you make purchases on the App, your account is automatically topped up with points based on the dollar amount of your order. As you place additional orders, your points balance will increase until it reaches eligibility for a reward. |

Through toppers.caWhen placing an order through Toppers.ca, you can enter the phone number and email at checkout that are linked to your Craver's Rewards account. Doing so allows your Reward account to receive information on how much you spent on your order, so that points can be added. If you do not have a Craver's Rewards account, you can create one by using the form at the top of this page. Please note: Website accounts for saved delivery addresses are different than Craver's Rewards Accounts. You need to have a Craver's Reward's account in order to collect points. |

In Store or Phone OrdersWhen speaking to a Customer Care Agent on the phone, or a Team Member at a Pizzeria, you can provide the phone number and/or e-mail address connected to your Craver's Rewards account. Once provided, they will be able to assign your order to your account so that you can receive points. Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for your point balance to be updated. |

On the Topper's Pizza AppWhen logged in, you can view your point balance on the main screen, and swipe across to view additional rewards and offers. If you see one you like, select the reward. Use the drop-down menu to choose your item, add the item to your cart, and once back in the reward screen, make sure to select “Redeem for Points”. When viewing your cart summary, you should now see the item you chose and the selected reward above it with a checkmark, indicating the reward has been applied. |

What about the Top Hat Sticker Program (Frequent Buyer Cards)?
Top Hat Stickers were a popular program and worked well for us for many years. Now that we have a website and app, we are able to offer a stronger program for our Guests, based on points for every dollar spent. You'll also have more ways to redeem your points, and more offers to use them towards. Please register for a Craver's Rewards account by visiting toppers.ca/rewards or by downloading the app and signing up there. Once you have an account, your phone number and/or email can be used to help you earn points on your orders, which can quickly add up to qualify you for free items, including pizza.
Guests will have until March 31st, 2024 to collect stickers and until June 9th, 2024 to trade in Frequent Buyer Cards. If you don't have all ten stickers, partial cards may be redeemed by calling 310-7171 or by visiting your local Pizzeria. Just be sure to redeem them before the deadline of June 9th, 2024 so you don't miss out!
*As with most rewards programs, a coupon or points must be remitted in order to receive the promised item or reward. Topper's Guests who have been participating in our Top hat sticker program, will be familiar with having to turn in a filled Frequent Buyer card to earn their free item.How do I sign up for Craver's Rewards?

How does Craver's Rewards work?
Craver's Rewards works by recognizing the phone number and/or email connected to your rewards account. When you use those to place your order, you will earn points. Likewise, when you use your phone number and/or email at checkout, you can view a list of rewards available to you to apply to items in your cart.
Do I need the app to participate?
One of the most exciting updates to our Craver's Rewards Program is that you do not have to be a regular app user to participate. You do need to have a Craver's Rewards account, which is the same account you created when signing up for the app. Once you have an account, you can order through the Website, Customer Care Centre, or in Pizzeria - and still collect points! We do, however, recommend using the Topper's Pizza App to order, since it offers the best experience for you, but you will be able to earn and redeem points regardless of how you order.
Does the app cost anything to download?
No, there is no cost to download the app. By downloading and signing up, not only do you receive a convenient way to monitor, collect and redeem points, but you can also easily view new menu items, specials or limited time offers. You'll be able to use exclusive App-based promotional and referral codes that offer you even more rewards. The Topper's Pizza App can be downloaded on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Is there any cost to be part of the Craver's Rewards program?
It is free to create an account and participate in the Craver's Rewards program. Just keep ordering the pizza you love, but now, you'll be earning points on those purchases - providing even more value to you!
